Auch heute lag wieder einiges rum auf dem Scraptisch - genug für eine Karte. Die Materialien sind aus dem aktuellen Felicity Jane-Kit "Jenny", das ganz viele Geburtstagsstempel hat. Das Kartenthema war also klar.

There was a lot lying round on my desk again today - enough for a card. All supplies are from the current Felicity Jane kit "Jenny", which includes lots of birthday stamps, so the type of card was all set.

Geklebt ist nicht viel an der Karte, tatsächlich nur das gestreifte Papier auf den Kartenhintergrund und die Blume. Der Rest ist einfach nur getackert.

I didn't glue much on this card, just the striped background paper and the flower. The rest is just stapled together.

Faith Journaling

Ich bewundere immer die Bible Journaling-Seiten von anderen. An eine ganze Bibel traue ich mich aber nicht ran, daher kam mir das Buch "100 Days of Less Hustle, More Jesus" sehr entgegen. Es gibt auch eine Facebook-Gruppe dazu und ganz viel Inspiration auf Instagram. Offiziell gestartet ist das am 1. Juni, den Anfang habe ich also verpasst. Daher macht es auch gar nichts, dass ich manchmal ein bisschen hin und her springe. Ein paar Seiten zeige ich auch hier, aber meistens mit teils verpixeltem Inhalt, weil das auch eine Art Tagebuch für mich ist.

I always admire other people's Bible journaling pages. A whole Bible seems a bit intimidating, so I the book "100 Days of "Less Hustle, More Jesus" seemed perfect. There is also a Facebook group about it and lots of inspiration on Instagram. The official kick-off was on 1 June, which I missed - so it doesn't really matter that I am jumping back and fro a bit. I will show some pages here, but mostly with partly pixelised text, as I use as a sort of journal.

Standbild mit Photobombs

Auch wenn die Kinder verpixelt sind - es sind drei verschiedene Fotos, bei denen nur eine Person auf jedem anders schaut.

I had to pixelise the children, so it is not so obvious - apart from the person on the left the photos look the same, hence the tile "still life with photobombs". The stamps say (from the top down):

- Yay us
- Reporting live from the event
- Not everyone on the picture agreed to it
- Sometimes we pretend to be normal (but it gets boring quickly).

In meinem zweites Layout vom 0711-Crop habe ich Fotos vom Crop im Weinberg verarbeitet.

For my second layout at the 0711 crop I chose a picture taken at a recent crop at my place.

 

Hallo Sommer

Vorletztes Wochenende war ich beim 0711-Crop von Ulli und Christina. Die beiden haben einen Sketch vorgestellt, nach dem ich dieses Layout gemacht habe.

The weekend before last I went to the 0711 crop hosted by Ulli and Christina. They had prepared a sketch, which I used as the basis for this layout.

Für einen Kollgen - in 6 x 8", dmit auch genügend Unterschriften drauf passen.

This card is for a colleague. Its size is 6x8" to have enough space for lots of signatures.

Die schönen Die Cuts aus der Meghan-Kollektion von Felicity Jane haben einfach nach einer Karte gerufen. Die weiße Blüte im Hintergrund ist aus Vellum. Damit man keine Klebestellen sieht, habe ich sie mit dem Xyron X150 in einen Sticker verwandelt.

The pretty die cuts from the FJ Meghan collection simply asked for a card. The white blossom in the background is printed on vellum. To avoid glue marks I ran it through the Xyron X150 and turned it into a sticker.
